Steps

1. Create a unique password. It should be difficult to guess. It should not be obvious such as “12345678”, or “abcdefgh”, or your street name. Your password should not exceed 8 characters and include a mixture of numbers, letters, and symbols. Use your imagination. Try, for example, to use the last name of someone that you don’t know and add a number or an exclamation mark at the end.
   • Hackers could find out information about you online, and use that information to guess your password. Hackers may use 123Williams to guess your password if you are located at 123 Williams St.
2. Never share your password with anyone. Regardless of whether they offer you Robux or Builders Club, don’t reveal you are true password to anyone. Roblox administrators will never ask for your password. If someone claims to be working at Roblox and asks you for it, they are likely trying to hack your account.
3. Sign out of Roblox after you’ve finished playing. Even if the computer is someone you trust, it’s important to do this. Even if Roblox is installed on the computer of your best friend, you need to sign out as you never know who may have access to it.
